This is in the nature of our experienced and creative chefs, being able to dictate the origins and quality of the produce on the one hand and to be able to offer our guests culinary delicacies with great esteem on the other.

Aside from organic foods tasting better and presenting a valuable contribution to ones health from a nutritional physiological perspective, there are also other motives which should be considered critically.  To mention just a few, we’re protecting drinking water from encroaching fertilisers, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, helping species-appropriate livestock breading and encouraging bio diversity.

The organic certificate stands as a guarantor that the origins of the foods rest in an organic farm.
