Booking and payment conditions
- The quoted day prices are per person per day from a minimum stay of 3 day. For short stays of up to 3 days, a supplement of €10.00 per person/day will be charged.
- Local area tax is not included in the quoted prices (€1.50 per person/day for those from 15 years old).
- The single room supplement is €10.00 per day.
- For meals not taken, we will refund €10.00 providing you have given sufficient notice.
- The hotel bill can be paid by cash, EC-card, Visa or Mastercard.
- Your dog is welcome. We charge €8.00 per day without feed. Please understand that animals are not allowed in the dining or wellness rooms!
- To secure a booking, the 2 following criteria must be fulfilled otherwise the booking will be cancelled by us:
The reservation confirmation must be signed and returned to us (by post or fax)
The deposit has to be paid by the given time.

Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation is free when made up to 8 weeks before arrival! We recommend that you take out European travel cancellation insurance..
- In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure, we charge 80% of the accommodation cost.
- The accommodation agreement is made in agreement with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
- Subject to price changes, misprints and errors as well as changes of offers.
Check-in
The rooms are available from 2pm on your day of arrival.
Check-out
We ask you to vacate your room by 11am on your day of departure.
