Sound appealing? Give it a try!
With this, you work on your fitness (endurance) and strengthen (power) the entire musculoskeletal system at the same time. For anyone who wants to lose some weight – the ideal combination “weights- and endurance training!”
The water’s buoyancy and the ‘lack of gravity’ mean that we can operate in the correct up-right posture and look after our joints. The coordination issues while being suspended in the water boosts our sense of balance –“perfect for those who are less fit and a little older!”
During the exercises, the water has a massaging effect which encourages the blood flow through the muscles and connective tissue.
Indulge yourself in the “fit and fun maker”!
A type of exercise offered which targets the entire body especially for beginners or those taking exercise up again after a break.
Awaiting you is first-class assistance, where body posture and training demonstrations are attentively taught, supervised and corrected where necessary.
It is essential to boost your body’s flexibility during your daily life, and where necessary, correct your posture - to help guard against and prevent pain caused by the musculoskeletal system – “do something good for your health!“
„popular sports outside” – be motivated!
Have you ever thought more about things...
- What is energy? Where do you get your energy from?
- How does energy feel?
- What do I use energy for?
- And in the end: what steels and takes my energy?
Question after question, which we should really think about and ask ourselves. To this end, we will look back. In all the large cultures of this earth, the Aborigines, Egyptians, Greeks, Celts and Christians to name just a few, we find details about the intrinsic energy sources and power currents in people.
