Species-appropriate animal rearing is an important aspect of sustainable, agricultural cultivation and respectfully interacting with the environment. On that account, the cows are kept on the wonderful pastures of the Pitztal and an open-front stall ensures the necessary freedom of movement all year long.

The farm even looks at sustainability when extracting energy: everything is heated using solar panels and wood chip heating in order to use all of the natural resources as efficiently as possible.
